一般職の8割近くが「管理職になりたくない」と答えた調査結果がある一方で、実際に管理職になった人の7割近くが「管理職を続けたい」と回答した調査もあります。
その理由として挙げられているのは、「自分の成長につながった」「チームマネジメントが面白い」「大きな仕事にやりがいを感じる」などです。
