働き方の多様性ってのは皆が自分にあった形で働けるようにするものであって、他者にこの日に休みなさいと強制するものではないかと。
勿論皆に合わせて休むのもよいし、ずらして取得をして混雑を回避するのも良いのでは。
休みたいという意見は勿論大事だが、ずらして休みを取りたいという意見も尊重されるようになると良いな。
